Description
The BrownDog 28-pin SOIC to DIP adapter is a small PCB that adapts an SOIC-28 SMD component to a 28-pin DIP footprint. These adapters are useful for replacing a 28-pin DIP component with an SOIC-28 equivalent, and when prototyping with SOIC-28 devices by making it possible to install them into solderless breadboards, perf boards, and 28-pin DIP sockets. This adapter accepts both narrow and wide-body SOIC-28 SMD components.
