Shipping
For domestic orders placed on this website, you can select from various shipping options from the U.S. Postal Service, UPS and FedEx. For corporate credit orders, we can ship collect on your UPS or FedEx account as long as you provide your account number and billing zip code on your purchase order. We can also prepay and add shipping costs to your invoice if you do not have an account.
We welcome international orders, and ship to almost all countries. International buyers who place orders on this website can choose from shipping via Asendia, the U.S. Postal Service, UPS and FedEx. International corporate credit orders may be shipped collect if we are provided your UPS, FedEx or DHL account number and billing postal code on your purchase order. Foreign buyers are responsible for paying import duties and value-added taxes. Refusal to pay these fees to accept our shipments is considered a forfeiture of any right to a refund or exchange on the returned items. We must obey all customs laws, so we will mark all packages destined for international locations as “merchandise” with an accurate value on customs documentation.
Shipments originate from our facility in Idaho, USA and are shipped F.O.B. Origin for domestic shipments and EXW/FCA for international shipments.
Returns
Unused items in original condition can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping costs. Exchanges will be handled as a debit or credit for the difference in the amounts of the exchanged items. Returns will be handled as a refund to the original payment method or as a credit memo on the outstanding invoice. This policy doesn’t apply to items marked “NC/NR” (non-cancellable, non-returnable) or final sale. If you need to initiate a return, please contact us first for an RMA# and further instructions on making a return. Return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
