Shipping & Returns
For domestic orders placed on this website, you can select from USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days), USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or UPS Ground, 2 Day Air, or Next Day Air. If you would prefer for us to use your UPS or FedEx account for collect shipping, please contact us by email or by leaving a note in your online order.
We welcome international orders, and ship to almost all other countries. These orders can be shipped using regular post air mail (1-4 week delivery) or via UPS or DHL (1-3 day delivery, depending on location). Foreign buyers are responsible for paying import duties and value-added taxes. We must obey all customs laws, so we will mark all packages destined for international locations as “merchandise” with an accurate value.
Shipments originate from Boise, Idaho, USA and are shipped FOB Origin.
Unused items in original condition can be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less shipping costs. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges will be handled as a debit or credit for the difference. Returns will be handled as money back to the original payment method. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. This policy doesn’t apply to items marked “NC/NR” (non-cancellable, non-returnable) or final sale.
