Description
The BrownDog BUF634 upgrade adapter replaces the BUF634 buffer with one or two (in parallel) HA-5002 high slew rate, high output current, buffer amplifiers. An HA-5002 in the SOIC-8 package may be mounted to the top at U1 or the bottom at U2, or two in parallel at both U1 and U2. You can order this adapter either unpopulated, or with one or two HA-5002 buffers installed.
This BUF634 upgrade adapter comes with ENIG plating on the exposed copper pads, and low loss traces at 18 mil minimum width. Pins are pre-installed, eliminating any need to solder separate headers to the PCB. HA-5002 buffers are also available for sale on this website.
