Description
The BrownDog SOT23 to DIP adapter is a small PCB that adapts a 6-pin SOT23 SMD component to a 6-pin DIP footprint. These adapters are useful for prototyping with SOT23 components by making it possible to install them into solderless breadboards and 6-pin DIP sockets. This adapter may also be used with 3 and 5-pin SOT23 SMD components.
Pins come pre-installed to this adapter, eliminating any need to buy or solder separate headers to the PCB. We also offer this SOT23 to DIP adapter in V-scored array panels, which makes it possible to use automated pick-and-place (PNP) machines to mount components to this adapter.
