Description
The BrownDog dual op amp adapter replaces a dual channel op amp in the 8-pin DIP package with two single channel op amps in the SOIC-8 surface mount package. This adapter has a compact size with a pad for one op amp on the top surface, and one on the bottom surface. You can order this adapter either unpopulated, or with a choice of single channel op amps installed.
This dual op amp adapter features ENIG plating on the exposed copper, and low loss traces at 15 mil minimum width. Pins come pre-installed, eliminating the need to buy and solder separate header pins to the PCB. Single channel op amps for use with this adapter are also available for sale on this website.
